The VIP dining package experience includes private champagne and hors d'oeuvres reception, personalized galley tour, a multi-course gourmet meal. Each of the wines is reviewed by the sommelier (knowledgeable wine steward), and each of the dishes – by one of the ship’s top chefs. Menus are different each evening depending on the Chef’s personal choice. Reservations are required (arranged via the Maitre d or the Steakhouse Hostess). If reservations are under 10, Chef’s Table could be canceled.
